synchrony leadership meeting
The Synchrony Senior Leadership Meeting (SLM) is an annual event that takes place in the beginning of the year. It is centered around colleague engagement and company updates among the top 350 executives at the company.
WEG Events was brought in as an extension of the Synchrony team to manage all event aspects, allowing Synchrony’s focus to remain on their goals for the SLM conference. Beginning with the extensive venue selection to the post-event communication with customers, WEG seamlessly managed every step along the way. SLM22 allowed attendees to gather in-person and share updates on the company and establish goals for the year to come. Bob Iger, the high-level keynote speaker, anchored the content portion of the general session to inspire attendees to reach new heights this year. Creative details throughout the space fully immersed attendees in the event from the moment they arrived through to departure.
Result: Overall, the event was successful and exceptionally well received by all who attended. It was noted as “above and beyond expectation” by a member of the Synchrony leadership. WEG exceeded expectations and provided an engaging and unique environment to facilitate productive sessions. Attendees left the event feeling energized and excited about the year to come.
